Industrial designer, artist. I have a background in the fields of product design - furniture, tableware, medical devices, exhibition systems for cultural institutions. In the fields of empathy/social design, I balance vision with pragmatism using ethnological research, involving end-users in the design process, and testing with a target group. I have experience in developing projects in various technologies and materials, cooperating with people from different industries. The technology of making objects is my great interest. I’m impressed by the craft as well as industrial automation. The way of making an object is significant for me because it changes the appearance of an item - the hand of a craftsman or a robotic arm gives a soul to an object. I don’t value those techniques, but I use them in a way that results as the special thing with which people will make the bond. At work, I like limitations - technology and ergonomics form boundaries, through which my creativity boosts. I work simultaneously with the computer and physical material. Modeling teaches me possibilities of the matter and inspires me to create shapes.
